What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

Cockroaches and pests are all over the kitchen . We have been observing.they will again reproduce themselves. Weare stil killing 15 everyday. Seems the serivce was no avail to us. Seems money wasted. We are continuously spraying hit .also, wegot all the joints, breakeges covered with cement also.so please send a new service staff to redo this . The partner service is inadequate.

not ready for work as he late for his home n forced me to postpone the service then called to customer care n i requested him to forced him for his work but he was not done his work properly i hv a video guys never recommend Urban Clap for pest control waste of money i wanna going to higher authorities for refund my money if no action will taken then u guys forced me to take stick action against company
