What will the first visit include?

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

I don't want this person again at my place, as a service he has not satisfied us and didn't touch anything, we were roaming behind us everywhere and he declined to touch any stuff. I am a lady present at my place but he didn't help me with any stuff, completely declined by saying "I will not take out your stuff" you have to vacant the place for me and I will put spray overthere, if he just has to put spray then for what I am paying this much amount? This was completely his responsibility to move the things here and there for spray but I had the pull sofa for him, I had to take out things from some are, he just wanted vacant space I want my complete refund right now, completely disappointed with the service
