Preeti is fabulous at her work. She managed my hair, makeup and saree draping all at a go. Impeccable at her skills with creating and suggesting lip colours and creating lasting base makeup. She manages time very well too. Humble and will make you feel at ease.

Shikha is an excellent MUA!! I told her my vision of dressing up and she helped achieve it. I told her specifically that I don't want heavy makeup or a whitewash and she did an amazing work with very minimal makeup, which glamed me up, without me not ending up looking like someone else. But the icing on the cake was the hairdo.. She made a beautiful low bun and covered it with Gajra.. That hairstyle was the talk of the party!! She also helped me drape my Saree beautifully, without disturbing the pallu pleats I had already arranged. Overall 10/10 experience!!! She listened to everything I wanted and integrated her skills seamlessly to my perfect look for the event! :)

I honestly wish there was an option to give 0 stars. We had initially booked this artist through Urban Company for makeup, hair styling, and saree draping for a wedding event. The first day service was manageable, which is why when the artist suggested booking her directly for the second day instead of through the platform, we agreed. Unfortunately, the second day experience was extremely unprofessional. Firstly, there were serious hygiene issues. The artist used our washroom without asking permission and left it in a very unhygienic condition with urine on the toilet seat and floor. Since four of us were sharing the room while getting ready, this was extremely uncomfortable. I do have a photo of the condition in which the washroom was left. She also picked up a water bottle from the room and drank directly from it without asking anyone. Another concern was about the products used. The ₹2999 Luxe Glam-Up service advertises premium brands like MAC, Huda Beauty, NARS, Pixi, and Fenty Beauty. However, the products actually used were different — including L.A. Girl foundation, Kryolan concealer/corrector, Recode setting spray, and a local eyeshadow palette. The service itself also felt unprofessional. During the makeup process she repeatedly kept asking whether the base looked okay every couple of minutes and kept saying “nice” and “very good” after almost every step instead of confidently executing the look. Additionally, she had assumed she would be free by a certain time and had already taken another booking. Because of this, she sent another person in her place while she stayed on a conference call for most of the service. At one point she even asked us to stay quiet while we were talking because she was on the call, which was extremely inappropriate considering we were the clients. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism, hygiene concerns, and the mismatch between the advertised and actual products used.
