The partner diagnosed the problem correctly and said that Gyser cannot be repaired. I had booked the service of Gyser servicing. He said that you pay me for the visit offline and I would cancel the service. Then I got a call from Urban company saying that they will deduct the visit charges and this fellow returned me the money offline. So it’s basically cheating.

Didnt give full instruction to which pipe will be required, messed up the pipe thats been provided and says this is the correct pipe size , should have told before using it , worst experience ever , need full refund

No proper equipment for service of geyser , so called professional was using wrench to clean the element . Element was still clean when reinstalled.
