I am unsure as to what product has been installed. A rate card should only be eligible if you are providing the branded materials. I was invoiced beforehand and the professional did not bring an invoice for the purchase made outside from the local shop. Kanishka I think was her name who was assigned to my request and she kept on saying you accepted the bill and rate card includes their travel cost. Nowhere in the rate card this information is mentioned. The only thing apart from the rate card is the capped fee of professionals. The customer executive had no in understanding my exact issue with the kind of product being installed is it branded or not. These things should be properly communicated. Also, a professional should not be able to raise an invoice until he has mailed a purchase and they should also bring the invoice. I am already paying the visitation fee.Why should I pay again on the travel cost. I do not have the issue of paying but Urban companies and the professionals should be transparent.
