I got the quotation on app for the parts required. That was too unnecessary overpriced. 3x of what is available in market. I asked him that I’ll provide the parts and you can proceed with it but he disagreed that as per policy we can not use your parts. He asked me to call him personally if the service required is in this way. I told him I’ll think and will call him if required. After that he wrapped the geyser but not my geyser is not working at all. He has done something that geyser has fully stopped now. Earlier it was getting power supply and water was getting heated, its just that the process was slow. Total disappointment.

Partner was good overall but he got the thermostat from outside, and didn't share the bill or any proof that the part was original, despite mentioning this earlier.

Later by over 2 hours 45 minutes. Didn’t inform of the delay nor pick up calls until 2 hours after. Didn’t clean up after service either.
