I booked a technician from Urban Company for my geyser repair, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The technician took a full day initially, then returned the next day. I provided the OTP as requested, but he asked to update it later.” He quoted ₹1100 for an element replacement, completed the work, took the payment offline, and assured me that any additional tax or charges would be added later on the app. He also promised he would come back if any issues occurred. Within just two days, my geyser stopped working again. I contacted him multiple times; he kept saying he would come but never showed up and eventually ignored my calls altogether. I am now out ₹1100, with the same unresolved problem, and zero accountability from the technician. This has been an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.
