Though he worked hard but results are not satisfactory. Water not getting hot and he couldn’t make proper connections of Thermostat (It’s not working now) Pl send some other expert technician.

Very bad and unsafe experience. The technician came with the intention to replace parts instead of doing the requested cleaning. He charged much higher than MRP (₹950 for parts marked ₹750, and other parts that are available online for ₹300–₹600). Later, I discovered two indicator bulbs were removed and thrown in the garbage without informing me. Even more concerning, he removed safety plastic insulation from internal wires, making the geyser unsafe to use. The service cost ₹2,800, and the geyser is now dangerous. By spending slightly more, I could have bought a new one. This was a big mistake opting for this service. Very poor experience—will not use UC again for such services.
