When he arrived i asked him to change the service to visit from service. He kept postponing and later justified thst service is required as scaling should be absent for warranty. He gave a revised quote with labor charges added ywice. Tgen said that new element costing 1600 will come in an open condition with no packing. Took my old parts i.e element and thermostat . Was not able to get the parts. I changed my plans tp get the geysair repaired. He smarly gave me his personal number abd used to do wsttsapp call. Imran can practice better ethics. Urban Company stood my its clent.

Very unprofessional service. Took more than 3 hours for a simple work. Tried to settle spare parts outside UC. Was found placing back the same spare part instead of the newer one. UC should remove such people to save their credibility.
