The side shelf has got dirty and our kitchen drainage is clogged. When I asked about a switch panel not working. He quoted 1200 +300 + GST. But the part is not available on the urban company parts list. As per him, he'll get parts from outside and charge me labour and GST on it 🙂. From the start, he was behaving rudely.
