While opening the chimney, he complained about how dirty it was, and how we should take care of it. After all that lecture, he somehow managed to clean it and assemble it. But when we were checking if chimney was working fine post cleaning then it started making very loud noise, when I asked about why is it making this loud noise then he started making excuses thay your blower is damaged, we have to change it, when he checked it again then he made another excuses that chimney outlet is not clean and he doesn't have tool to open it and clean it, and that is the reason why chimney was making this terrible noise, Also, when we asked how we could get it fixed then he said I will tell one of my colleagues to come and fix it because I don't have the right tools to fix it, So basically he didn't do any good , instead he damaged my chimney and now there is no call or any kind of update from that guy.
