The service took nearly 2 weeks to complete. The initial delay occurred because the technician didn't bring all the parts on the first visit and came 4 days later to install remaining parts. Also the replacement filters installed are not new and appear to be used as per the UC application. I kept telling this to him and to the UC team but they assured me that the filter health will get updated on your app after sometime but there is no change till date. I am highly dissatisfied with the UC team and won't refer this device to anyone due service related issues I faced every time I have availed your services.
