This is by far the worst possible experience i have had toll date. Just a hurried service & wanted to get done with it. It was only after i escalated the matter with their senior management that he did clean the spots. I wouldn't recommend him by any means. This brings a bad name to the organisation and talks volumes about how the so called 'professionals' are not trained. I would urge people to not use him. We had to be after him guiding where the spots are and what has to be cleaned. This isn't something a customer wants. Simply frustrated with this.
