The behaviour of the service person was good and he also helped me in disposing off the old toilet brushes. I am grateful to him for that. However, the overall work was not at all satisfactory. The walls had not been cleaned. The taps and showers and had not been cleaned. The toilet itself needed some more work. A machine which was supposed to be used for intense cleaning didn’t work as liquid had been spilled over it according to the service person. Therefore, he could not clean the floors as good as they had been done by the previous UC service person. He had asked me for newspapers. I provided them to him. He said that he had tried his best to clean with what he could manage but this time’s work is not as good as it had been in May last year. I am disappointed to a great extent as the work done doesn’t seem to be worth the fee charged at all. UC should either compensate suitably or should get the service done by another service person such as assigned last year. The previous service provider’s work was what can be regarded as true UC standard work.
