The professional came an hour early and didn’t enter the otp before starting the haircut even though we provided the same. After haircut was done and he was leaving that time he entered the otp (which was his suggested time to start) and after much time he left in the app it was showing “in progress”. The desired haircut was not achieved as the hair was cut too short entire look of the child fell apart!
