After visiting my home, the technician changed the cable connection only and informed me that the display issue had been resolved. However, he then asked for additional money. I noticed that the extra payment was already being shown in your app, so I raised a complaint with UC. When I told him that I had already reported the issue, he became upset. I asked him to leave, but he refused and said that if I did not pay, he would not leave my home. He continued sitting on my sofa despite my request for him to leave. I raised two more complaints with UC, but even after more than 20 minutes, he remained in my home. This situation made me feel very uncomfortable, and my family's privacy was disturbed. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and request that appropriate action be taken.

I scheduled a laptop service with Urban Company at 2:00 PM today. The technician arrived exactly at 2:00 PM. I opened my laptop, and it was running fine. Without any further inspection, he asked me to share the OTP. After I provided it, he took a picture of the laptop and said, “It’s working fine, right?” However, he didn’t check anything else. I had already informed him that my battery is old and not functioning well. He said - oh ok. He made no attempt to diagnose the issue. After he took the picture, he simply left. I asked him that I expected a service and for that service only have prepaid. As no actual service was done whats the reason for paying money for a no service. He argued that he traveled a long way and that the fee was for the travel expenses. I am requesting a full refund because no actual service or diagnosis was performed. Please let me know how this will be addressed. Thank you.
