Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

Gaurang Das came on time. He checked for crevices and sprayed a strong solution. Wonderful tip given by him was to dry the cupboards with dry cloth after 24 hrs which will enhance the strength of medicine. Good job done by him.

We have been using urban clap pest control service for 2 years , and everytime during the sprayed solution had a distinct odor , but this time the sprayed solution was odour less , had no smell at all . we had questioned and enquired about the same during the service , and was assured by the partner he is using the amount and the material as provided by the UC and will work as expected . We expect to see the result . UC services should publish on the site to avoid any confusion regarding the materials used for services .

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
