Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

There is no deep cleaning, he came 1 and half hours and he just sprayed in 20 min. and rushed away , even the movement of kitchen equipment was taken care by us . Absolutely worst service ever will never recommend urban company ever to anymore. You all are compromising for quality work now which was your identify.

3 month protection against cockroaches:
We provide a 3 month warranty after the process is completed so that there is no recurrence of cockroaches.

Our pest control expert thoroughly inspects the area for any cockroaches, ants, other insects in tricky hiding areas
Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
