Sunil did a great job of cleaning the Chimney. He was good at his work, professional and explained any query we had with patience. Thanks.

I am not satisfied with the chimney deep-cleaning service. The technician did not carry a steam machine, did not use or ask for hot water, and did not have any foam/degreasing cleaning solution. He only used some white cleaning powder from a pouch. Although he spent almost 3 hours cleaning, the result does not look like a deep cleaning at all. The inside, especially the upper and side areas, is still sticky/greasy, and even the filters look as though only basic cleaning has been done. I would, however, like to clearly mention that the technician was courteous, polite and well-behaved throughout. My dissatisfaction is with the quality and method of the deep-cleaning service, not with his behaviour.

Polite but service quality left lot to be desired. Seems very new, took a lot of time. Also did not carry replacement carbon filter.
