I am not satisfied with the chimney deep-cleaning service. The technician did not carry a steam machine, did not use or ask for hot water, and did not have any foam/degreasing cleaning solution. He only used some white cleaning powder from a pouch. Although he spent almost 3 hours cleaning, the result does not look like a deep cleaning at all. The inside, especially the upper and side areas, is still sticky/greasy, and even the filters look as though only basic cleaning has been done. I would, however, like to clearly mention that the technician was courteous, polite and well-behaved throughout. My dissatisfaction is with the quality and method of the deep-cleaning service, not with his behaviour.

I had my chimney repaired, and a few parts were broken. The technician replaced the damaged parts and repaired everything perfectly. He was very kind, honest, and professional throughout the service. The work was completed neatly and efficiently, and my chimney is working perfectly now. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for reliable chimney repair.
