Recently availed chimney deep cleaning and installation service from Urban Company. The service engineer carried out the deep cleaning thoroughly and handled the installation professionally. However, after drilling holes for installation, there was noticeable dust and debris left behind, which was not cleaned up. Post-service cleanliness is an important part of the overall experience, and I believe this should have been taken care of by the service engineer. Overall, the technical work was satisfactory, but attention to cleanup would have made the service complete.
