Firstly the technician arrived late. Second, There was an issue with the power supply in the board. While I understand that and was ready to get that fixed. I’ve asked for servicing my Geyser which would save me from booking a service again. But this person seems to avoid and escape work and closed the ticket even without checking with me. When I requested to service my Geyser he said go and book again. A very lazy and lethargic technician whom I would never prefer again.

The person shravan who came did not even have a small screw driver. He was continuously asking somebody on the phone what to do and doing accordingly. He was unable to even open the geyser. He didn't use the meter to check if the current is passing and decided the thermostat is gone and it will cost 1600. Then when I questioned him he said he will close with a watcher of 108 rs and asked to pay that telling we did not pay anything online in spite of us paying the initial 250. He also dropped down the geyser while refixing it. Very unprofessional behaviour. After that when I denied he said he will reduce to 1300 the thermostat prices. Totally untrained and unprofessional this is not expected to need a resolution
