The team came last week for pest control and had to remove the utensils and items from my kitchen. I specifically instructed them to **keep the smaller and delicate items on the dining table and only place the larger vessels on the floor**. There was plenty of space available in the house to organize everything properly. Unfortunately, the team simply ignored my instructions and handled everything as they wished. They put almost everything directly on the floor, To make matters worse, they used one of my **plastic cloth buckets without even asking for my permission** and put my lunch boxes, silver containers, and other items inside it. This was extremely careless and unprofessional The entire kitchen was left in a complete mess. What should have been a pest-control service turned into **hours and days of additional cleaning work for me**. It has already been more than five days, and I am **still cleaning and reorganizing everything**. The amount of time and effort I have had to spend cleaning up after their service is completely unacceptable. And the biggest issue of all: **the pest control itself doesn't seem to have worked.** After going through all this inconvenience, I still see **many cockroaches roaming around the kitchen**. There is hardly any noticeable improvement. So I have had to deal with: * Extremely poor handling of my household items * Utensils and small items placed directly on the floor * Items scattered and poorly organized * Unclean buckets used without permission * Strong rotten smell on my vessels * A huge mess left behind * Several days of additional cleaning * Unprofessional work * And, most importantly, **cockroaches are still there despite the treatment** This has been a **terrible and completely unacceptable experience**. I paid for professional pest control, but instead I was left with a bigger cleaning job and the same pest problem.

Hi, two days ago cockroach pest-control treatment was carried out at my place. However, we have not noticed any reduction in cockroach activity, and we have not seen even a single dead cockroach. They are still moving around actively as before. The treatment does not appear to have been effective. Kindly arrange an inspection and free re-treatment at the earliest. Please confirm the service date and time.

Not sure of the result yet. He came in a jiffy, sprayed and left. Said he’ll come back after a week to apply the pest control again. I’ll wait and see

In previous times that liquid feels very thick and smelly so many cockroaches come out and cleaned.but this time it's not like that. Hope at the second 2nd sitting goes well
