The service was not done properly. Even after the treatment, I can still see cockroaches roaming around the kitchen. When he started the service, he took a picture of a new bottle and kept it inside the bag. However, he actually used an old bottle. I thought there might not be any product left in it. Even while he was spraying, I didn’t notice any smell. It has been 3 days since the spraying, but cockroaches are still roaming around the kitchen. I’m not satisfied with the service and would like you to check and resolve this issue.

The team came last week for pest control and had to remove the utensils and items from my kitchen. I specifically instructed them to **keep the smaller and delicate items on the dining table and only place the larger vessels on the floor**. There was plenty of space available in the house to organize everything properly. Unfortunately, the team simply ignored my instructions and handled everything as they wished. They put almost everything directly on the floor, To make matters worse, they used one of my **plastic cloth buckets without even asking for my permission** and put my lunch boxes, silver containers, and other items inside it. This was extremely careless and unprofessional The entire kitchen was left in a complete mess. What should have been a pest-control service turned into **hours and days of additional cleaning work for me**. It has already been more than five days, and I am **still cleaning and reorganizing everything**. The amount of time and effort I have had to spend cleaning up after their service is completely unacceptable. And the biggest issue of all: **the pest control itself doesn't seem to have worked.** After going through all this inconvenience, I still see **many cockroaches roaming around the kitchen**. There is hardly any noticeable improvement. So I have had to deal with: * Extremely poor handling of my household items * Utensils and small items placed directly on the floor * Items scattered and poorly organized * Unclean buckets used without permission * Strong rotten smell on my vessels * A huge mess left behind * Several days of additional cleaning * Unprofessional work * And, most importantly, **cockroaches are still there despite the treatment** This has been a **terrible and completely unacceptable experience**. I paid for professional pest control, but instead I was left with a bigger cleaning job and the same pest problem.
