Technician is very helpful, but Urban company is not. My first order was cancelled for lack of any response from Urban Company. Everywhere they have parked AI Creatures and no response is received from Grievance email. I had to forgo Amazon discount of ₹2000 and buy at enhanced rate and requested technician to visit by explaining my pain and he did understand. Company just told me we are looking for another but the fact of the matter is that they have only a few technician to handle 200-300 km radius of area. Urban company shows services available at every location but reality of fact is that only "URBAN" areas are covered. Dear Urban company, a service sector businy is only sustainable by virtue of excellent customer service and delight. Attend to customers or park more people to attend to customers, don't leave everything at AI hand. Looking forward for future services.

He didn't know how to install. He damaged the door while installing. He damaged the wall while installing bell module at the switch board to direct power supply, draining all batteries in 2 days as it took continuous pictures. I had to install bell module myself after returning from my trip. He didn't install the lock correctly, it used to false alarm emergency alerts. UC team sent another technician to resolve it. Overall, ridiculous installation service. Can't dream of anything worse it could get than this. I request UC to cover my door break and wall damage by sending a carpenter and painter service.
