I had a very poor experience with Urban Company for digital lock installation. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for installation, which is completely unacceptable. I purchased the lock through Amazon, and unfortunately there was no return option available, which made the situation even worse. I am based in Chennai, and it turns out Urban Company does not have proper service coverage here. This was not made clear at the time of purchase. That said, the technician who finally came was a good professional and completed the installation properly. No issues at all with his work. Overall, the delay and lack of service availability made this a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend choosing a brand that has reliable service support in your area before making a purchase.

The product is very good, but the service provided by Urban Company was disappointing. The technician was not professional and took around 6 hours to complete the installation. He made unnecessary holes in the door, which caused damage. Additionally, he did not install the doorbell connector, stating that he did not know how to connect it. As a result, I had to hire and pay an electrician myself to complete the installation.
