The Person didn't have proper tools , nor did he had any experience of fitting the lock, almost damaged the lock multiple times, didn't even fit the complete accesories, I had to guide him through every steps from a fricking youtube video, nor properly aligned the the locks itself , worst service I ever had in my life, he literally drilled the screws forcefully and now they almost can't be opened

Video door bell functionality not shown in the demo and also he didn’t fix the device in door bell. He left the service incomplete and I have to call another technician to complete the service.
