This feedback is only to the Technician who came to install the lock. Installed the lock after a month and then asked to pay for the installation which should have been via the UC support. As for the on-call support team they were really helpful and provided the necessary assistance on the same.

The installation partner didnot respond to the installation request because he had some payment issues with urban company. 2. The installation was delayed 1 week and even after regular follow ups, the confirmation came at the very last moment. Not the kind of service you expect from urban company. 3. The installation partner didnot have enough knowledge to install the lock. He installed the lock and there was alarm coming continuously. He left the site and refused to come back for correction. He came the next day after multiple calls. 4. He didn’t install the door bell linking part. I had to get it done by local electrician. He denied doing the same. 5. No explanation of the lock was done by the partner. So my installation experience was very bad. The lock work fine though. But please make sure the that your area is serviceable before you buy the lock.
