We have a unique variable AMC plan where you pay only for the number of filter changes you need. Also, all AMC plans include unlimited free repair visits including spares cost. If you bought the TruWater Premium Smart Machine and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 3,499 For TruWater Elite, 1 filter change - it will cost you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 4,199

How does TruWater machine help me reduce water wastage?

Machine comes with an extendable pipe to reuse water for other applications

What are the installation charges and what items are covered in installation?

a. The installation and installation kit is free. b. UC does not cover any electrical or plumbing costs during installation, c. If input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please install a company provided pressure reducing valve at an additional cost, if pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an additional cost.

What is the 7 day trial?

Did not completed installation. My schedule time for installation was 4 PM. So I have started follow up with technician from 4 PM. He is just telling me, I will complete your installation by today. However after 7.30 PM his superior call me and told your installation is not possible for today. This is totally unprofessional.

Service that has been provided was good but I found that in most of the Purifier installation, professionals come and take that TDS metre along with them which comes with that purifier , Same was also happening with me but I asked him for TDS metre separately then he gave me that otherwise he would have taken that away
