What are the installation charges and what items are covered in installation?

a. The installation and installation kit is free. b. UC does not cover any electrical or plumbing costs during installation, c. If input pressure exceeds 30 PSI, please install a company provided pressure reducing valve at an additional cost, if pressure is below 10 PSI then you need to install ‘Pressure enhancing pump’ at an additional cost.

What are the AMC charges?

We have a unique variable AMC plan where you pay only for the number of filter changes you need. Also, all AMC plans include unlimited free repair visits including spares cost. If you bought the TruWater Premium Smart Machine and you need only 1 filter change, it will cost you 2500, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 3,499 For TruWater Elite, 1 filter change - it will cost you 3200, if you need 2 or 3 it will cost you 4,199

What is the maximum TDS for which TruWater purifier will work?

Upto 2000 TDS (above 2000 efficiency and life of membrane will decrease)

What all is included when I purchase a TruWater RO?

Included in the box: Water Purifier, Installation Kit, External Sediment Filter Excluded in the box: Booster pump, Pressure Reducing Valve. Iron Cartridge (these are based on pressure condition, to be purchased at the time of installation)

R.o filter water is not good taste, lag hi nhi rha filter water h normal tank ka taste aa rha and installation person not good unhe bahut jaldi thik Jane ki bs unhone machine ko wall me set Kiya tds wagera kuchh check nhi kiye na hi tds ke according r.o. Ko setting Kiya aur r.o. ki sbse badi Kami h ki light cut hone pe pani nhi deta h please improve it
