I recently booked RO installation service through Urban Company, and I’m extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The most important part there is no requirement of service for 2 years and if it requires then provides unconditional warranty service for 2 years by the company. Company also provides TDS kit to measure. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and explained every step of the installation clearly. The work was done neatly and efficiently, without any mess. The technician also checked the water quality and ensured that the RO was functioning perfectly before leaving. I really appreciate the transparent pricing, easy booking process, and excellent customer support from Urban Company.
