I am extremely disappointed with today’s kitchen cleaning service. Although the cleaner took around 6 hours, the quality of work clearly reflected a lack of training, skill, and professionalism. Several areas were not cleaned properly, including the kitchen walls, ceiling, chimney side walls, windows, and even the floor was left dirty after the service. The kitchen slab was also left unclean. When instructed to clean it properly, he merely wiped it with a wet cloth, which was not satisfactory. After the cleaning was completed, when asked to place the kitchen items back, he initially refused. Eventually, my wife and I had to assist and complete the task ourselves. Just a few days ago, I had booked a bathroom cleaning service from Urban Company, and the experience was excellent. However, today’s kitchen cleaning service has been highly disappointing, and the kitchen is still not properly cleaned. Additionally, the chimney cover was scratched due to the use of steel wool, which is unacceptable. Overall, this has been a very poor experience. I paid a significant amount to Urban Company expecting a high standard of kitchen cleaning, but this service did not meet those expectations. After this experience, I will have to reconsider using Urban Company’s services in the future.
