I had a very disappointing experience with this service. When the technician came to my home for a check-up, he did not even properly inspect the machine. He asked me to turn it on, saw that the machine was not taking water, and immediately claimed that the UCB/motherboard was faulty and that it would cost around ₹2,000 to repair. My question is simple: Was the motherboard actually checked with a multimeter or any proper diagnostic procedure, or was the estimate given just by looking at the machine? In reality, the issue was with the water inlet sensor. After removing and cleaning it, the machine started working perfectly. This clearly raises serious questions about the diagnosis and the estimate provided by the technician. On top of that, the system shows an incorrect estimate/diagnosis, and even though I had already made the payment before the technician's visit, the application is still showing the payment as pending. This was my first time using this app, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Customers should not be given unnecessary repair estimates without proper inspection and diagnosis. Please stop this kind of misleading practice and correct the wrong information and payment status in your system. I have CCTV footage from my home that documents the technician's visit and what happened. If this issue is not properly addressed, I will consider sharing my experience along with the relevant CCTV footage on Twitter and other social media platforms. I expect a proper explanation and resolution for this issue.

Service hasn't been done as he was unable to solve the issue . So no amount was asked by us and he changed the status to completed without even finishing the job .He took 8 aug to 15 august time and carried the PCB with him .In the end he said to call Lg person and do the service . Pathetic experience
