She was not shaping my nails. She was not cutting my cuticles. I had to tell her to do it. Even after telling her, she wasnt willing to do it. Because she did not shape my nails properly, some nails are badly shaped and some nails are okayish. She was friendly but didnt give a good service.

So bad! The gel nail extensions weren’t done well. The shape was off and he had to remove and do two nails again. He didn’t get the paint on right. It’s half washed off in half an hour. He didn’t take the nail paint off of from my skin/cuticles as said will come out with water. But it’s not coming out and looks so shabby. I chose the chrome option but the colours were limited - with just 4 colour options and no colour palate to even look at. The uv machine looked dirty. He had long nails and looked unkempt.
