She was not shaping my nails. She was not cutting my cuticles. I had to tell her to do it. Even after telling her, she wasnt willing to do it. Because she did not shape my nails properly, some nails are badly shaped and some nails are okayish. She was friendly but didnt give a good service.

I got gel polish done for both hands and it came off within 1day. She also came very late for the appointment plus skipped the nail prep and hence the gel polish just came off before 24hrs
