the pest control service I availed recently, which has been extremely disappointing and, frankly, a complete waste of money. Despite undergoing two sessions of cockroach treatment, the issue was not resolved, and the infestation continued to persist. Following this, I requested a review of the service. However, my appointment was cancelled, and I was informed that I should rebook after receiving a call the following week. Unfortunately, by the time I was advised to rebook, my service validity had already expired. This situation feels highly unfair, as the delay was not caused by me. I was later offered a 50% refund, which I did not accept, as my expectation was not a partial refund but a proper resolution to the problem. I had clearly requested a re-service, which was not provided. Left with no choice, I had to book and pay for the service again. This entire experience raises serious concerns about the ethical handling of customer issues and service commitments. I request you to look into this matter urgently and provide a fair resolution. At the very least, I expect either a complete re-service at no additional cost or an appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss I have incurred. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly.
