No proper sanding were done. I was expecting that atleast proper sanding was done before applying primer and many places rust is still there and no rust is removed. Poor service.

My work was expected to complete in 5 days, however it took 12 days. This professional.had commitment issues. I have to escalate multiple times to complete the work.He did not work at my site for initial days. Only final paint and touchup was done by him. He has subordinates who are new and they don't know how to work properly. Be careful while taking service from him. Ask him if he is going to work and ask him strict deadlines. I did not ask urban company for any penalty just by looking at how much effort he has put in. He did a good job, did some extra work which I paid separately. Low rating due to commitment issues.
