• The painting work was completed with poor professionalism and attention to detail. • Supervisor was mostly absent, visiting briefly in the morning before leaving for other sites. • My father had to take over supervision, dedicating significant time to guide the painters. • Painters required constant instruction for basic tasks like masking and taping; at times, we had to do it ourselves. • Dusty tarpaulins were used, creating a mess inside the house. • We incurred additional costs to have our maids clean paint stains and maintain hygiene. • Overall, the service was far below expectations and reflects poorly on UC’s standards.
