Over charging for some additional woek

While we booked theough amazon where service was for uninstalling existing fan and setting up new one but service person asked for extra amount for uninstallation and then demanded extra for regulator bypass also which was not mentioned anywhere and says not covered in amazon order. Only informed about extra money once fan was setup and had to talk to customer care for 30 mins to sort this out. Very unprofessional interms of transparent pricing structure
