The engineer was very unprofessional. He didn’t even know how to properly install an exhaust fan. After installation, I noticed it wasn’t working, and then realized he had forgotten to remove the protective sticker before fitting it. This is highly careless and caused me inconvenience. I strongly suggest Urban Company to take strict action and remove this person from the platform.
