He didnt had the required tool for fitting the nut bolt. Insfead he was using the tool which is used for removing nails to tighten the bolts. The work done is not satisfactory. The door is closing at high speed, he didnt do the required setting of the door closure unit. Pathetic service from Urban Company. If given an option i would rate negative.
