The professional sent by UC was not that skilled enough and assembeled bed the wrong way and also cut the ply just to fir the wrong arrangement. Theb when confronted he quoted higher charge than the one was showing on app, even after we procured other parts on extra cost. Although when instructed assembled the bed right way but didn’t clean the bed after assembly and when asked to clean he just said this is not my job to clean it i an just here to assemble, even though it is mebtioned on the app that clean up is included. So really not satisfied with the type of service i received fron Urban Company.

Was in Hurry to finish the job.. and ultimately the job was not up to my satisfaction....utensil rack is fitted with gap and hence the fridge wire is now short to reach the switch board.
