For fitting he used the screws that he had with him which are of size 1.5 inches instead of the screws that came with the product that are of 2 inches.

Unskilled professional. He did not know how to install easy dry. He was not at all skilled to install easy dry. Urban company should first check that person they sending knows the process they have to do. It took 3 hours to complete the process. He did not know anything we had to follow the video and guide him for this. We felt like we could have done it by ourselves.
