It appears that the service executive didn’t have good knowledge about the required service, initially he went after completing half work and asking for more money (he already took INR 550 in cash) when reported to customer care then he came back again and tried to complete work but he was not able to resolve issue rather he messed up our cooler. When asked about why he is asking for more money then he said you pay via app and I’ll return your extra payment.
