I had a great experience with Urban Company parlour service by Poonam Singh. She was very professional, polite, and punctual. The service was hygienic, relaxing, and done with a lot of care. She understood my requirements well and delivered exactly what I was looking for. I felt comfortable throughout the session, and the quality of service was excellent.

I had a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience with the professional assigned for my head massage service. To begin with, when I asked what oil would be used for the massage, the professional clearly stated that she did not know which oil it was and said the company provides it. As a paying customer, I have every right to know what product is being applied to my scalp, especially for a personal care service. This lack of basic product knowledge is completely unprofessional. What was even more inappropriate is that she then suggested that I use my own oil. This is absolutely unacceptable. The service I booked clearly includes oil provided by Urban Company, and I should not be expected to use my personal products for a service I am already paying for. When I asked to see the oil, I noticed that it smelled entirely like mustard oil. On opening the bottle, it was very evident that the oil did not match the ingredients listed on the bottle shown to me. It appeared to be pure mustard oil or a mixed oil, which raised serious concerns about product authenticity and safety. Despite my discomfort, after much hesitation, I decided to proceed by using my own oil, purely to avoid further risk. This means I did not even receive the service as advertised, since I had to use my own product. Coming to the massage itself — the service was extremely poor. There was no proper pressure, no technique, and it did not feel like a head massage at all. The professional clearly lacked knowledge of basic pressure points, and the entire session felt rushed and ineffective. This was far below average and honestly a bad experience overall. Given that: I was uncomfortable with and did not use the provided oil I had to use my own product The service quality was extremely poor I strongly request a full refund. This experience did not meet Urban Company’s service standards in any way, and I am deeply dissatisfied.
