The professional didn't bring products to clean the bathroom. He even didn't bring the machine for grouting while I have booked for an intense cleaning service. He used our products (acids, colins etc) and didn't even clean the bathroom. Bathroom is looking more dirty. While cleaning the floor tiles he left his dirty hand imprints on the glass separation present in the bathroom. Very bad service received. I want refund and I am never gonna book this service again.
