Extremely unprofessional experience. The therapist was not focused on the massage; she took frequent breaks, even lying down on the bed next to my girlfriend, and seemed to be falling asleep. The massage was interrupted by her getting up to sit on a chair multiple times. My girlfriend's headache did not improve at all. For the premium price I paid, I expected professional service, but this was very disappointing. I would like a refund.
