Never call him. He took branded parts money from me and installed all local parts. I then complained to urban co. Then I got it checked by another technican and geyser old parts was ok and only minor wire reconnection was needed.. Instead made me incur an expense of 3800 which was not needed

When a professional comes and just sees a dismantled heating element and sats yo replace. His labour charge should include his visitation charge . Charging 288 to just speak a sentence and then asking 600 to fit a new element is a rip off, UC .

The technician charged us ₹1,500 for the part he installed. He told us that the part would cost ₹1,500, but he did not add the part to the app. Therefore, I cannot claim the cost of that part. He has only added the visitation charge in the app, but he actually took ₹1,500 from us for the part.
