Haidar was calm, composed and willing to work at identifying the issue save then solving it too. He was most ably guided by Mohd. Anjum Siddiqui of the UC Care programme who i had invoked as an EXPERT on the UC app. Haidar is also an honest person, so thank you indeed.

He was ill mannered from the beginning. He kept saying he didn't have much time, kept arguing about everything. After seeing the AC outdoor unit he said he would take the capacitor and pcb with him. I wanted to know whether he would give a receipt and also how would I know how i would know when the spare parts would be returned and how to be sure whether they would get mixed up or not. He answered in anger. Then i quietly asked for an expert on the UC app. That made him more angry. When the expert called the mistry was lying to him. The plug was off and he was showing zero voltage. I immediately intervened from behind. This made the man even more angry. His behaviour was intimidating and threatening. If the expert had not handled the situation well, i may have called the police. I have paid the visit charges Rs 348, online, bc the expert assured me rightly that it was best to let this man go. The expert has fixed another appointment for me in place of this appointment which was a horrible experience.
