I had scheduled services for two window AC units, and the quality of service provided was far below acceptable standards. Here are the issues I faced: 1. The technicians only used water and a small amount of chemical to clean the ACs, which made no noticeable difference. They did not remove the units for a thorough cleaning. 2. The entire cleaning process for both ACs took barely 15 minutes, despite the units being extremely dirty. 3. After completing the service, they did not clean up the mess they made in my home. Additionally, I requested service for a split AC in another room. The technician agreed to add this to my bill. However, upon inspecting the unit, he identified a drainage problem but refused to fix it, claiming it would take too much time. Initially, he tried to convince me that running the AC for a few hours would resolve the issue, which is clearly unprofessional advice. Moreover: The technicians left my washroom in a mess, and I have photos and videos to document the condition they left it in. While attempting to clean the washroom, they pushed hair and dirt into the gutter, causing a potential blockage that I had to fix myself. I also have images of this. Given the extremely poor quality of service and the inconvenience caused, I am requesting a full refund for the services provided. Additionally, I would like to speak directly with an agent regarding this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
