I had a somewhat disappointing experience with Urban Ladder’s cleaning service. The cleaner informed me that he would be about 30 minutes late, which was a bit inconvenient as I had already planned my schedule around the booking. He came 45 minutes late. Additionally, he arrived with his wife and requested that she also assist with the work. This was unexpected, and I would have appreciated prior communication regarding any additional person being involved. I denied his request. While the service was completed, I believe better punctuality and clearer communication would greatly improve the overall experience.

They didn't use the scrub machine properly. The floor and wall are still the same as they were before. I lost my cash. This is my first and last booking.
