A whole room wasnt cleaned at all even though it was counted as from the 5 rooms which was booked whereas only it's carpet was cleaned only not vaccumed or wiped neither moved anything from its place and only the carpet was done

الخدمة تنظيف شقة بعد التشطيبات يعني المفروض غسيل مو يقولي نمسح وطلبوا من الحارس يجي يساعدهم في التنظيف اول مرة احس ان الخدمة سيئة لا اتعاملدمعاهم في كل شيء وخدمتكم دائما جيدة . يجب اعادة النظر في طريقة تقديم هذه الخدمة خاصة وان سعرها مو رخيص

I have things with white precipitates wherever they did cleaning with cloths and marks everywhere. The team before who cleaned my sofa which was my previous booking for sofa cleaning already ruined my new sofa and I didn’t report and now this. Yamak has given me the biggest damage which I had to pay for too
