As soon as she came she offered a different facial-O3 glow. I agreed as I have done this many times before. As soon as the service started I realised that beautician had a severe cold and cough. She did not even wear a mask. I would have refused if I had not started the service . Also she missed steps like giving steam saying it is not suitable for my face.
