As soon as she came she offered a different facial-O3 glow. I agreed as I have done this many times before. As soon as the service started I realised that beautician had a severe cold and cough. She did not even wear a mask. I would have refused if I had not started the service . Also she missed steps like giving steam saying it is not suitable for my face. Most of the time she just applied something and kept speaking on the phone discussing how she was tired and another appointment had come up. Not satisfied at all especially after paying for a more expensive facial
