The partner was not rude, however he should inform how he is installing the device and let out pipe. He zip tied the pipe on the middle tap instead of the corner one. Not a big deal , however washing dishes would always be a hassle with the let out pipe tapping the large dishes. Unused drill holes also hampered the exp. no complaints, however the service could be better!!
