Native M1 water purifier installed by someone on 7 th may 26. But the lED indicator was blinking continuously after the purification cycle completed. After consultation with customer care IOT problem identified. When Mr Karthik reached just I explained the issue and he opened the front cover and IOT connection check and found one connector is loose connection . Rectified it and the problem was solved.
