The professional had good behaviour and took full time to clean the washroom. I wanted to give him a 5 rating, but I have reduced the rating for the sub standard products provided to him for cleaning the bathroom. I have used UC services for cleaning the bathroom and kitchen in Hyderabad and there the products are different, the professionals are very dedicated in providing a proper service, but these things I don't see in small cities like Jamshedpur. The product which was used in Hyderabad cleaned the bathroom properly and left a very good fragrance. The one used here is not strong and unable to remove hard stains on tiles and basins. Also, in Hyderabad the windows were also cleaned properly, here it was not cleaned. The areas under the sink were not cleaned. At first I thought he did a great job as he took full time but upon proper inspection, I still see the places which were not cleaned properly or missed. The service quality and products should be the same in every city as the cost we pay is the same. I am disappointed this time with the UC service.
