She was polite and soft-spoken, no doubt, but her work was very unprofessional. I booked her for upper lip hair removal, a clean up, a pedicure and head massage. She used wax twice on the upperlip, which damaged my skin and it is still burning. While applying talcum powder before doing my upperlip it even went into my right eye once. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service. Please do not send her next time.
