Intense Toilet Cleaning Service – Feedback 1. The staff was about to leave without using the scrubbing machine. I had to specifically ask them to use it as part of the cleaning process. 2. They initially started using the scrubbing machine on a dry floor, which would not have been effective. I had to instruct them to wet the surface and apply a cleaning solution before proceeding with the scrubbing.
