As the person came and saw the bathroom, he said that bathrooms require "move-in" cleaning instead of "intense" as there were too many stains according to him. I agreed to it. But he did not use the machine to remove the hard water stains even after giving payment of move in cleaning and now when the bathroom is completely dry i can see the hard water stains. Also the toilet seat and lid is not cleaned at all. The person closed the job of "Intense" cleaning. I asked why haven't you changed it. He said it is not possible. And took Rs. 1150 for Move in Cleaning.
