I did not receive the intense cleaning service at all, as i opted for intense bathroom cleaning. They cleaned it worse than the normal bathroom cleaner. Plus, with the authorised person, a non authorised person was there saying he's a trainee and the trainee was not wearing the UC tshirt, which is their uniform. The question is, about trust and security. Are we, as a customer safe when opt for any service from the Urban Company?
